Friends, I woke up at 5:30 AM because my school starts at 7:45 AM. The only way i woke up early is , I sleep early. i.e. @7:30 PM


My parents taught me many things which are new learnings to me to stay focus, happy and healthy,

  1. Brush @5:30 AM / 6:00 AM

  2. Drinking 1 full glass of mild warm water

  3. After 30 minutes of above step 2, Exercise @6:00AM to 6:45 AM - Breathing exercises like pranayama, alomvilom - This will remove stress, gives better sleep & stay healthy, keeps focus & energy and many more.

  4. Taking Bath @6:45

  5. Puja / Prayer to God 7:00 AM to 7:30AM. - This life is given by god, we need to pray and thank him to start our day,.

  6. Pre-breakfast with my parents: @6;30 AM-7:30AM - 1 bowl fruits (seasonal)

  7. Breakfast @8:00 AM with my parents: I will have Normal Idly / Dosa (rava dosa or rice flour dosa or dal dosa or pesarattu ) / upma rava / whole wheat upma / whole wheat vermicelli upma / puri , aalu kurma etc..

  8. Schooling till 1:00 PM - we study all classes and come back home.

  9. pre-Lunch @12:00 PM - Small lunch box with fruits / snacks. During the school time one bottle of water should complete.

  10. Final lunch 12:30 PM with my parents: Rice & any kind of leafy vegies with dal or vegetable curry or egg curry.

  11. Online classes (if any) or drawing / painting or dancing or games till 5 PM

  12. Study Time 5:00PM till 6:30 PM - I do complete all home works and read for tomorrow class.

  13. Dinner time 6:40 PM

  14. TV time: 6:40 PM till 7:30 PM - I watch TV with my Pappa

  15. Good Night @7:30 PM
